Your data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2 on the grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, and necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller. For analytics cookies, the legal basis is your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Method of collection
Your data is collected electronically through the quote form on our website, email, phone, WhatsApp and cookies.
6. Transfers
Your personal data may be shared with service providers for website hosting, email and communication infrastructure and web analytics, and with authorised public authorities upon request. Some of our service providers may host their servers outside Türkiye; any transfer abroad is made in accordance with KVKK Article 9.
7. Retention
Your data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by the relevant legislation, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under KVKK Article 11 you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly

- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data within the conditions set by law
- Request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom data was transferred
- Object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
9. How to apply
You may send your request, with information identifying you and the subject of your request, in writing to the address above, or use other methods provided in the Law and the relevant communiqué. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
