We receive components from all over Türkiye, Europe and neighbouring countries at our facility in Ankara.

02Packaging
Protect the surfaces to be coated or ground against impact. Ship long shafts and rolls in crates or on pallets with V-blocks so that functional surfaces do not touch anything.

03Freight
Courier, groupage or full truck load. Heavy components can be unloaded with forklift and crane at our facility.

04Incoming inspection
On arrival the part is photographed and measured, and you receive an incoming inspection report.

05Return delivery
After processing, the part is packed with the same care and shipped back together with the final measurement report.

Shipping from abroad
- The EU–Türkiye Customs Union covers industrial goods. Together with your customs broker we plan the appropriate procedure for parts sent for repair (e.g. outward processing / temporary export).
- We prepare the documents: proforma and repair invoice, packing list and origin information.
- On request we organise door-to-door transport through our logistics partners.
